About Me
My introduction to real estate started in 2014 after graduating high school after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. Later that year, I attended one of their seminars just outside of Tampa where a speaker explained how he earned $9,000 from a transaction without ever buying the property himself. That was my first introduction to wholesaling, and it immediately grabbed my attention.
The very first Monday after the New Year, I started calling real estate offices looking for answers and ended up meeting a licensed broker who became my mentor. That meeting changed everything. He showed me what wholesaling looked like behind the scenes — the research, strategy, planning, and discipline it actually took to be successful.
From there, I was with him daily. Making calls on speaker, going to appointments, reviewing deals, and having private conversations about opportunities and execution. I closed my first deal with him, and from that point on I knew this was what I wanted to do.
As the years went on, my understanding of acquisitions, negotiations, and deal structuring grew through real-world experience. I learned how to handle seller conversations, evaluate opportunities, structure offers, and work through the moving parts that make or break deals. I’ve worked alongside wholesalers, investors, agents, and operators across different markets and strategies, gaining firsthand knowledge of what it takes to get contracts signed and deals across the finish line.
From cash deals and wholesale assignments to creative finance and direct acquisitions, every deal has required a different approach. That experience taught me that no two seller situations are the same, and knowing how to adapt while staying disciplined is one of the biggest advantages in this business.
As the years went on and my wholesaling business continued to grow, working one-on-one with others became a natural part of the process. Through experience, conversations, and crossing paths with people at different stages of their journey, I found that many were looking for the same kind of direct guidance and clarity that helped me when I first started. Sharing knowledge, helping sharpen decision-making, and offering perspective through real situations simply became part of the relationships and conversations that came with being active in the business.
Then in 2020, when Covid shifted so much of the business online, that same level of one-on-one guidance naturally transitioned into virtual conversations, training, mentorship, and deal support.
Today, I still believe help with real estate doesn’t have to be expensive, and it doesn’t have to be surface-level. It can be direct, one-on-one, and built around real understanding so the person receiving it can walk away knowing exactly what steps to take.
Now in 2026, I’m still actively assigning properties monthly while helping those who prefer dedicated support, practical training, and real-world guidance from someone still actively doing the business today.
My Values

Discipline
Not every deal deserves a contract. Strong acquisitions require patience, structure, and selective decision-making.

Execution
Leads and opportunities mean nothing without follow-through. I focus on action, communication, and moving deals forward.

Flexibility
Every seller, strategy, and deal structure is different. I adapt across cash, creative, wholesale, and direct acquisitions based on what the deal requires.

Integrity
Clear communication, realistic expectations, and transparent deal structure matter. Long-term business is built on trust.
Sound Like a Good Fit?
If you need support with acquisitions, deal structuring, negotiation, or getting contracts across the finish line, I’d be glad to hear about your opportunity.
